I've been looking online, anyone had any experience with any of the following Perth BAs, or any others to recommend?

    Claudette Swift
    Property Wizards
    Capital Property Advisory
You & Me personalised Property Services
    Resolve Property Services

    etc.

We just bought using Ray chua at momentum . Happy

our daughter bought using Matt Hughes and she’s happy .

we talked to Matt and Peter Galvas and would have been happy to use any of them. was a hard decision .

left a message with property wizards and they never responded . Their loss .

I do some casual researching work for them (so somewhat biased) and generally like how they go about things.

It's just a small operation mostly, but they seem to quietly go about doing their thing and have been around for ages (although I hadn't heard of them before I worked for them). They win a lot of industry awards too for what that's worth.

We run a buyers agency in the Gold Coast/Byron Bay regions and we have always recommended any clients looking to buy in Perth to Anna & Stirling from Perth Buyer Agents: Buyers Agents Perth - Perth Buyers Agents

I'm from Perth originally and I used to work with Stirling & Anna back in WA and I'm 100% happy to vouch for them, they are the best negotiators I've ever met. Good luck

    @Peter gavalas knows his stuff

Some cracker off market deals. Also has the networks with the right agents super important

Would not touch larger BA. I have heard some horror stories from the horses mouth

Hi Cliff, can i please ask what is your Ba charge and purchase price range (~500k or 600k for example) if you dont mind?
I have engaged a few buyer agent and their designated areas are either too low or too high for my budget.

Just think its good checking before wasting their time for a discussion

Which buyers agents only have "designated areas" of Perth? Alarm bells for me.

In car at the moment and can’t remember exactly .

They’ll be happy to talk or even exchange messages to clarify things .

Not going to be some where to check for a while .

    Property Wizards are terrific.
Liz and Trevor know their stuff.
The reports they produce as part of due diligence are also very good.
    I would recommend them.

HI, I may have misled the info. What i actually meant was the region /area' some BA i randomly contacted specialize in is beyond my budget. While i believe they can squeeze in a little bit to meet my budget, i dont feel this best serves my interest, as this is outside most of their former purchases

Some other Ba believes outer/affordabilty ring is the sweet spot for yield/CG. I just dont want to add 10 x300k property to my portfolio, which is too much to manage.

I just look for BAs, who ve done all the DD and believe in the purchase of around 500k for a good long and short-term CG

Why? Just curious. Isn`t generally speaking better to deal with someone who works in let`s say 10 suburbs instead of the whole city? Obviously depends on the size of the company, I am not a buyer agent but when I buy I struggle to track more than 5/6 suburbs at the same time.
