Hi guys, I am new to IP, I live in QLD and would like to buy a house (IP) at Melbourne for around 750k (15% deposit). Do you have any recommendation for a good BA there ? Where would you look to target the future growth of Chinese migrants there ?(I am not investing in QLD as most migrants go to Mel/Sydney). Tx
Honestly I dont know anything about Melbourne, but I would prefer to buy a house at not more than 800k, which is a bit low for this city as I understand. I would like to buy where future migrants are going to buy.
I would get in touch with @JamesGG Castle Advisory – Property & Business Consultants great guy who definitely will be able to help you out

@Lisa Parker- Buyers Agent is the person you want to talk to for bayside and south east. @JacM is the person for the Western suburbs.
Hi Pete, thank you for the shout out. Just want to clarify for readers to avoid confusion, that we are very active in a lot of areas across Melbourne. We purchase far more in the western, north western suburbs and the north for investors than anywhere else at the moment. The trends for investors change constantly and given that we have had a strong focus on investors and portfolio building over the last 13 years we really have to have our finger on the pulse Melbourne wide and be able to move into different markets easily and quickly as the trends, clients strategies and price points and the numbers change. Currently have assignments in Kew, Hawthorn, Fairfield, Albion, Sunshine, Reservoir, Ardeer. none in bayside at the moment, but just wrapped up purchases in Langwarrin, Frankston, Seaford, Carrum Downs, deer park, kings park, ringwood. Just to give an idea of range of areas.
