    Hi all

    Considering the scandal at the moment plaguing Aust Post, will buying properties leased to Aus Post be a safe and reliable investment.

    What are the pros and cons with this type of tenant?

    Will population size make a difference to the min yield required ? Below 5,000 or above 5,000 in population.

    Thoughts?
