Aus Property Professionals - has anyone used them?

Hi guys,

Title explains it all. Just wanted to know if anyone's had any experience with these guys.

 

Never heard of them, plenty of google reviews though.
The question is a bit specific, suggest asking for some buyers agent recommendations for particular areas your interested in or just search 'Buyers Agent" in the search bar if that's what you're looking for - just ignore me if it's not

 

Did you use them? If so how did it go?

We had a similar (bad) experience to some of the other posts on this forum and ended up pulling out from using them. We just forfeited our sign up fee, as we didn't feel comfortable going any further with them. Maybe we had the same buyers agent as the others, she seemed to only send us properties in Armidale and when we questions why that location, we could never get a proper answer. We sussed out the market ourselfs and couldn't find any major projects or developments that would push property prices up and prices were going down for around 12 months and the vacancy rate was climbing up quickly. Not sure what they saw in the market.
