    I went to the first auction in my life and was bidding but missed out. Was scared but it turned out to be exciting

    I dont bid at auctions as the purchasing process is too much out of my control.

    Yeah I don't like them either. I was looking for a house in a tightly held suburb where they are all going to auction now. But I'm priced out now it seems so will look for a townhouse that's hopefully got a list price
