Yeah, and I don't see landlord hit back, maybe, we should create one?
Maybe, someone help to create a poll to ask landlords all try to defer loan payment altogether as long as we have rent deduction request?

Today, ASX Index opening with a good jump to 5211, now we only need a few more good news to go out of the current yo yo volatility?

This is from an Australian Senator, and I wonder if it has any effects on the market as people now realize how Greens can actually help the country when in needs.

That is not necessarily true, Take PPE for example I bought 1100 near top for 4k, sold out for 2k last Thursday, but found out I made 200% profit yesterday, accessable on monday. 200 % profit in 11 days. Could have bought 1k in march a few weeks later for a quarter of the price and got 1000, and made 300% profit, but I am still better off paying more because I end up with 4k profit either way but on first scenario, 6k-2k, can perhaps claim capital loss. Focusing and anchoring on price is simplistic thinking, using primal thinking, you need to learn to think using the frontal lobe. Price paid does not determine returns, not taking a posistion will though.

I think you need to go back to simplistic thinking.
