    Hi Awesome InveStars,

    I started developing a passion for Property Investing about 4 months ago, and been learning as much as I can, so that I have a good foundation before I start. This included Home inspections, seminars (Dyphana Boholt, Dominique Grubisa, etc), mentors (mates), networking (buyer's agents, real estate agents, lenders, town planners, builders), joining The Investors Club (TIC), books (Rich Dad Poor Dad, Property Prosperity Retire, investment/money magazines), online materials, RP Data, visiting display houses....to name a few :) And of course, Somersoft & PropertyChat!

    Shoot for the moon (disrupt the real estate/property investment industry) even if you miss, you'll land among the stars (simply invest in property). I want to replace my income with different asset types working for me one day. I'm a young blood, so a startup business and even studying Property Economics @Curtin might happen one day..

    PS...if you live in Perth, wouldn't mind catching up for lunch/drink sometime :)

    I work with people who are in and around tech companies and commercializing them, if you're actually serious about doing something let me know

    Eg last month my partner raised $3m for a tech company and doing another $2.5m for another atm
