As sure as the sun rises in the east, air conditioners will stop working on the really hot days like today in Sydney, and hot water systems will stop working right before it's time to close the office on a Friday afternoon, or they'll stop working on the morning of the day the property settles, and tenants will ring owners or agents just before close of business to advise of a maintenance problem that has been going on for days or even weeks.

 

And there will be a massive weather event and the Australian public will raise lots of dosh for people who didn’t think they needed insurance...
