Hi, I'm looking for advice on the best Armstrong Creek/ Mount Duneed estate to build in? We've looked at the Villawood estate but the blocks are now getting a fair way away from the club, schools etc. We've also looked at Ashbury but I'm unsure how far away the school and shops are from being built. Does anyone have any experience building in Ashbury?
There are ample estates and nominations available around. Anywhere you buy at the right price, you can't go wrong. Regards
If you're unsure about the Ashbury estate, ask the people at the land sales who should have all this information you're after. Someone other than @andyboiii also bought in the estate but I can't find who but here's a post he made about his purchase > Geelong 2020 [VIC]
Don't touch Ashbury...they were a good estate but their design and approvals are a dogs breakfast. I know someone who has taken 3 months through their idiotic process. The best Estates are Villawood and Warrilly. I like the Villawood one the most. I have 2 there....
