    Thanks for sharing your insights.

What I meant about splitting your commission is for example say the rent is $800 and your commission is for example 10% ($80). every week instead of paying $800 worth of rent, the tenant just pays $760 directly to the owner.

The landlord saves $40 and tenant saves $40. The surplus that would have gone to your bank account is now split between the owner and the tenant. The Owner also saves on lease renew fee etc.

Anyways I just realised something, if they had access to rpdata they can just look at the investment property to start with and find the owner's names and find all other properties the owner has and look for the most common or latest owner's address.

Can this be a business/entity and a PO Box?

Yes some owners might elect to put their PO box as their mailing address.

Varies a little per state. Those suggestions should be fine everywhere. Here in Adelaide we can use an email address too which is preferable.

If the landlord is happy to manage the property, they would be doing so already. They likely have the agent because they don't wish to deal with tenants, or problems... or problem tenants.

Tenants not smart enough to keep a copy of the lease and keep refering to it
You haven't done anything bad to me why would I go to the trouble and effort to find where you live. I gain no value in doing this....

    Anyways thanks for everyone's feedback.

Thread close sorry for being paranoid.

FL no one on here makes me laugh like you can.

    I mean the royal YOU.
If you were paranoid (as the landlord), you could avoid putting your actual name and address on the documentation.

Read s48 of the Act for SA. Other states might be slightly different.

I only care about QLD and NSW at the moment. But I'm still curious about this SA business... and ACT. Maybe WA if/when it hits bottom.
