I have a dying tree (i guess) in my neighbours property which could potentially be hazardous for us. They do not want to do anything about it. But, do not mind us getting approval and getting the tree removed or trimmed.
To prove that the tree is actually dying, I guess I have to get an arborist check it. So, does anyone have any recommendations for an Arborist in 'Parramatta-Pendle hill' suburbs?

Apply to council for the approval, they'll inspect it for free and give you permission to chop it, a dying tree is an easy tick for the inspector. The owner should really do it though
