application for residentail tenancy

hi guys

I signed application for residential tenancy(WA) ,do i have to take this property,
it went OK,they accept it me ,but now i found a better property and i like to go for it.
I did not signed the residential agreement.

You've applied for a property but that doesn't mean that you'll be successful.

If you've paid a holding deposit it may be at risk if you don't retract it asap.

 

I did got the property,no bond has been paid either ,no money has changed hands here.
She told me only i got to come in to the office and sign the papers

Seems like you're fine to not accept based on what you've said so far.

In my mind it is like apply for a job... They assess your application and then offer you the job/house. It is then up to you to accept it or not =)
