Reckon it's just businesses not staying aware and keeping up with the times.
Not sure what you can do with a print magazine.
Years back when The Trading Post was the biggest printed classifieds, they started moving online when they had to, but even that failed.
    The times are changing.
    Got to change with them.

It's not just print media. All traditional media are under fire at the moment. Print is copping it the hardest but Radio and TV will have their day soon as well.

For better or worse the world has changed.

    That said...this is still awful!

    I'm sorry @Daisycutter4 , What horrible news!

Bad news - have been a long term subscriber. A feature on granny flats in 2012 saved my investing journey.

Thinking of the API team - bad time of year for this. Best wishes to you all.

Wow, didn't see this coming, and very sad to hear it. It has been a very important educational tool for people prepared to step up and take responsibility for their own futures via investing in property. Thinking of the staff :(

Very surprised also after seeing other magazines fall by the wayside. Enjoyed the investor stories in API.

Very sad, I'm so sorry for you @Daisycutter4.
It was the only worthy property investing magazine imo.
I can only guess the internet is killing print media.

Not good the way they have done this, and too the staff, I have seen the same many times over and I always pondered why it often seems at christmas, I think that is the worst part, you would think EOFY would be more likely time, but, as they say, never a good time to loose a job.

Hope not too many are pay cheque to pay cheque.

Print has been dying a long slow death.

All the best to you and staff, and I think it is appreciated that you pop your head in here.

They will search high and low for a suitable forum......oh, wait......

Sad news to hear. Thanks for all your hard work @Daisycutter4.
And special thanks to your team as well. I really enjoyed reading the API and it certainly helped me during the early days of learning. I was once featured as your young gun similar to a few people on the forums. sad to hear this end.

That ignore function will get a work-out. Although I think facebook will be their preferred medium.
