I was being facetious :) This forum has more valuable content in one blog than an annual subscription elsewhere offers.....

Should be a PC podcast imo,

Anyhow good work , i eagerly await my copy.

As for API, yes some articles are better than others, but the after tax cost is pretty minimal.. So why not.. Good to fill in a few mins here and there... Even if it just so that you can contribute the criticism here

Exactly. My API subscription is tax deductible.

I see the value in the mag, not for the 'inspirational' stories people have mentioned in this thread (though for newbie investors I imagine this would be quite valuable). Experienced investors such as many of the folks on here, don't really need the extra inspiration.

For me, the state-by-state wrap up section is a valuable data-source. Though I have Google alerts set up for most of my locations of 'future' investment interest, API will sometimes bring me insights on a state that I otherwise may not have heard about in the mainstream media or had a Google alert set up to cover.

Also, the last couple of issues has had some great stories of development, renovation, and other equity-manufacturing techniques, which has gone beyond the usual passive buy-and-hold stories. As someone who hasnt yet gone into small devs or JV's etc., I find these stories pretty inspirational.

Just because you may have many years of investing experience doesnt mean you should stop learning, so for me even if one page only out of eery issue gives me something 'new', then the magazine was a valuable investment.

Would a PC mag be picked to pieces and shat on as much as the current mags? Not worth the risk i reckon

Well done again who ever was in the mag this month i hope you get heaps of new customers and feature in many more articles x ;)

It wasn't a feature as such, they just called Corey and I for advice on suburbs to invest in.

My copy turns up end of month or within first couple of days of new month. Snail mail takes time to get to Qld.
As a subscriber to API I don't normally peruse the Investor magazine isle. I did last weekend and picked up Money Magazine Special Edition 2016 Real Estate Guide. Highly recommend this. Some really good reading.
