    Hi guys looking for a 2bed 2 bath around westmead and wenthworthville area with budget around $500000-$550000. Have a saving around $70000. Do u guys think i should wait another 6 months as price are falling. Do u guys have any example of falling unit prices in this region.
    (unit with modern kitchen and bath ..brand new or 2-3 yrs old)

    Just be wary of oversupply. Boutique complexes would be better than high density especially where you are paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance

    Any reason you are buying a unit and not pushing your budget a little higher and/or perhaps going to say Pendle Hill and buying a house?

    This oversupply issue is going to be huge. Developments these days seem like there are creating whole villages!
