the site only costs 14million despite the billion dollar projected value, just like the 2.8billion project you quoted the other day by the malaysians which only costs 145million for the site.

Still a drop in the 5 billion spent on sites last year of which almost 40%(2 billion spent on sites) were bought buy them commies.

 

lol riverlee is Malaysian - we can all add up the sites in cbd and the only drop is ur liking for the commies. End of the day does buying 145 mil mean u dun contribute a single cent to developing it? So everybody buys empty sites with no development cost or money to contribute to the sites. Money still need to contributed commie or not.
