Just wondering if there is anyone with Northern Gold Coast experience who would be able to help to provide me their thoughts on some potential properties I've been looking at? I know the area but having a hard time knowing if I'm on the right track for a 'good investment properties' in terms of size and price.

If anyone could give me some advice let me know and I'll PM you a few of the links.

Hi Breeamy, I'm familiar with Southport, haven't been following the market there too closely, but happy to have a look.

Call a few agents in the area and ask them. Tell them you are a small developer considering your next deal I am sure a few will give you an estimate. Ask them for some equivalent recent sales if you think they arent being honest
