Anyone use Stash or similar product to find potential dev. sites

    Hi All,
    I've been using a trial version of Stash to find potential development sites.
    It allows me to search based on suburb and by zoning and by size.
    I find it works well and is easy to use.
    Keen to hear what others are using before I go signing up to one of these products.

    I talk to every single agent in my area, and usually know about what is coming up before they do. Unfortunately everyone seems to want to go to auction at the moment but there is one here and there that will sell off market.

    I also resorted to doing some letterbox drops - we did 60 last Sunday (got 1 call but they wanted too much, and got a grumpy abusive text) and did another 100 today.
