    Anyone on the Sunshine Coast willing to attend a couple of openings this Saturday? I can make it worth your while ;)

    I pretty much have finance sorted but have to act fast to beat some APRA-induced changes coming shortly with the lender my broker's organising things with.

    I can't get up there in person at the moment & my PM can't attend as she's on leave till mid October.

    Anyway, if anyone's up for it, PM me to make arrangements.

    Looking at the 4575 post code & had also been looking at Buderim, but read a whole lot of articles about landslides and a couple of houses being lost on the hillside of Buderim within the last few years, so that's ruled out anything that's not actually 'on top' of Buderim.
