Anyone on property chat ripehouse users?

Hope everyone is doing well,
I watched the webinar that Jacob @Ripehouse.com.au did last night and found there product very interesting, however my computer skills are not that great so looking for real world feedback On the product.

I use it.
It provides insights into location selection that I don't find elsewhere, so that's good.
It is also being actively upgraded and new functionality added - that's pretty rare as far as I can tell from using pricefinder and others.
I don't always find the data to be uptodate (current sales listings for suburbs often don't match re.com.au and domain).

I haven't been lately, but that's not because of the platform but more because I don't have a current need to be looking for a new IP. When (if?) I need to, I'd be looking at both Ripehouse and Pricefinder to provide the data I'd need. I'm know there are various others like Pricefinder, but I haven't seen anything quite like Ripehouse. That's not to say it's always sensible or correct, but it does give you data that nowhere else seems to.
