    Seafood being a subtle and delicate food,
    the best is simple, sashimi style or lightly grilled, and not drenched in sauce

    I find a lot of cultures and people really dont know how to appreciate delicate foods such as seafood,

    they either drench it in sauce, over cook it, process it too much

    Absolutely love BBQ.
    My wife and I have a plan to travel the U.S in search of different types of BBQ all over. This will be our 'gift' to each other once the PPOR is paid off.
