Anyone know what the Perth commercial market is up to?

    I'm looking at renting a premise for my takeaway business but the rental in the area I'm looking at is quite substantial.

    I know the residential market has suffered these past few years (especially here in Perth) but has the commercial market been the same?

    There are three shops currently empty and have been for the past 6 months. Would this be a sign the asking rents are too high or do commercial premises tend to take longer to lease?
