    I wouldn't call it a real estate investment. Risk v Reward

    6-8% return - could get similar returns through buying shares in a major bank with grossed up dividends

    Like many structured private investments, they are usually quite secure backed by first mortgages, but one doesnt know the end outcome

    Bnb has been around for 15 years I think
