    Prices are already showing that in the Georges fair estate which will run down to the river eventually for riverside properties.

    Yes you are right of course you won't be getting any super yachts or many multi million dollar boats around the area because the river isn't deep enough to get them in. I think around the lugarno area it gets pretty shallow.

    Excellent great to see a few interested. How does say Friday 7th August sound? I'm thinking the crossroads hotel which is conveniently walking distance for Brian and I. It pretty hard to miss as it is the only pub in the area and very close to the Costco.

    Dalton house bought the old deep water motor boat club off Henry lawson drive for $15m I believe, so they wouldn't be throwing around that much money if they didn't see the potential.

    Not walking distance for me but is still close and I am happy to have it there.

    I think some people might need more notice and as bargain hunter said it is pretty close to the last meet up which was last week. Either way I'm happy with what you decide.
