    Yes they are terrible. Take your money and run and never hear from them.

    They aren't buyers agents, they're selling builders' stock.

    I've not had any dealings with them but I went along to one of their presentations. They're teaching the fundamentals that you'll hear everywhere and selling stock. Nothing wrong with that as long as you're aware that's what they're doing.
