    Has anybody built a home with SunVita homes in QLD? We have been looking for a builder to build small-medium size two story house (4 bed 2 bath) and found that they have fairly good turn key plans for $275K. Looks like it's possible to build a two story house for $300K mark. However, they are not available in product review web site and couldn't find much feedback. Just wondering if any of you have any experience with them?
