Currently finalizing a big build with them, but cant find any info on the internet about this company,

They say they build 100 homes per year, but not one review positive or negative.

a Bit scared about this builder,

The price is competitive but they seem to be very expensive for any minor changes.

Any one build with this company are they any good.

Any problems with this builder please let me know

Check ABN look up for how long the company has been around.

Have you checked on their license with the Department of Fair Trading in Victoria?

sounds like any other volume builder out there which charges heaps for any small variations.

Best to buy established and renovate if this is your first home or first time dealing with the people in the building industry.
There's just too many things involved in building a home which can and will go wrong when building.

And as they like to say in building industry, you usually get what you pay for. A cheap build may not include important structural items like sarking to the roof, higher ceilings, etc which builders slap on as upgrades. if its not in the contract, then it likely wont be in the build.

Lastly, make sure you have your soil tests done as things like rocks or additional foundation works can easily slap on an additional 10k to 30k unexpectedly.

A good place to start reading up before you even sign anything is here, you'll find many people building, probably even in the estate where you are building.

    cheers and good luck

Hi there. We are looking at them too. Did you manage to find more information? I have been in the same dilemma too. They are not on Product Review either.

Just going through the early stages of a custom build with them now and after much delay they seem to be going strong. I feel they have our best interests at heart and I do think they have a solid plan to Finnish what they started. The upgrades we made were reasonably priced also. Definitely worth a look at.
