    I'm mulling ideas but also looking for inspiration.

    VR, location sensitive aps, group bargaining, social lending, disruptive tech. Give me some ideas !

    location sensitive app is very useful....i have one on my Iphone to check HK properties (both rent & sale price). so whenever i have the time and in a location that i am not familiar with, the first thing i do is to use the App to check the price. i also keep myself updated by checking the price for some of the blue chip apartments to gauge where the market is heading.

    the other thing i use is messaging. the hk agents are very aggressive. so you dont want to give them your mobile number yet so its best to let them contact you via the app (or email).

    Not sure if it already exists, but if not, a website that compares all the major builders prices for their houses, and more importantly, who includes what. Some quote a base price, but then have to add carpet, driveway, letterbox, etc etc. Would be so easy to know everyone's price for a turnkey house, rather than visiting them all, and going through the tiresome process of getting quotes, then sifting through them.

    Or a "due diligence" app. A one stop shop for sold history, strata reports, photos, Flood maps, nearby shops, schools, needle exchange programs.....
