    G'day all,

Thought i would get some pics up on a project underway in Dubbo NSW. Slowly getting there with a renovation, unfortunately due to work requirments and a lack of available time this is running months behind. Hopefully we can get this finished off (inside anyway) by the end of april.

Still to finalise costs, but i believe we will be a little over budget.

Basically a cosmetic job on the inside and just a tidy up of the yard.

Pics before and after to follow.....

Wow! what were they smoking when they come up with that kitchen
(not much natural light in there, window must face into the carport? replace a couple of sheets with laserlite).
Guessing early 70's, what's the bathroom like?

    Looks in pretty good condition, I'd;
Paint the wardrobe/linen doors white, change the handles
Change the light shades - Nellie Circular Glass Flush Light White Finish 25cm or Liteworks Demi Alabaster Glass Batten Fixed Light 20cm chrome
Tidy up or change curtains (machine washable)

Might wanna lop that tree branch hanging near/over the power line

Bath is not all that bad really, besides the yellow bath. Will paint the bathroom and bath, a good clean and replace the fittings.

Have painted all rooms including the robes with antique usa with gloss white trims, pulled up carpets and sanded original floors, removed kitchen (new one half in) new roller blinds.
Still got kitchen, bathroom, sunroom and electrical fittings to complete.

Yes will get some of the tree branches removed and then just clean outside, do lawns and pressure wash pathes.

Yea much better than expected, was expecting all green or pink.
In case not aware - Rust-Oleum Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit White 946ml (better than white knight, you'll need 2 cans to get a decent coverage)

Another thought re light shades, can't see any ceiling fans, 2in1 - Heller 1200mm Jazz 3 Blade Aluminium Ceiling Fan with Oyster Light - White
Can get 4 blade shiete timber cheaper but for an extra $20 ali is more durable, easier to clean - Heller Maxwell 1200mm Reversible 4 Blade Ceiling Fan with Oyster Light - White

Just noticed you don't have Masters out there, if you go this way you get 5% discount - Woolworths Gift Cards | Cashrewards
Then register/sign up to Masters website & they'll send an email with a 10% discount code (= 15% discount all up).
Drop any/all stuff you need into the online basket (incl delivery) compare price to Bunnys.

Looks like a good solid place, lick of paint and new carpet will be a new house again!
Kitchen needs some twerking though ;) lose that hanging cupboard over the bench and maybe a tall pantry on the far wall between the doors
