    I thought you said you were at the house?

    Anyway, its probably not really 'unlawful' if you want to get technical - or its the same unlawful as someone coming up to knock on your door.

    Its just not really the sort of thing that would offend me.

    If you want to get technical it is unlawful under s 4(1) of the the Inclosed Lands Protection Act 1901.

    To be brutally honest I do see the makings of an annoying neighbour.

    But it's not you I'm worried for. It's the people around you.

    Once legislation starts getting chucked around by facebook qualified lawyers it never ends well.

    Could have been worse as my friend's neighbor kindly gave him his mail but he actually opened the mail to have a look. :)

    Yes, guess I am part of the Facebook qualified lawyer for now as still have to finish my final year and PLT.

    Maybe you missed abit of the information or you misunderstand the situation but the neighbors entered the actual house. Another bit of information to help shed some light to the situation, it was the back door.
