    All,

I am looking to buy townhouse 300 m2 land. The house is good however the block of land it's built on is angled block of land with back fences of property very narrow approx 4m and front approx 8.5m Is it big negative and should I drop this property from list?

    Regards
    AVS

How long has the property been on the market? If there is a genuine lack of buyers, that might raise concerns for future resale.

Someone with kids would want a larger yard.

Someone without kids might like the privacy and lower maintenance of a smaller backyard.

I am not sure how long it has been listed now but it's new built and looks decent. Next 2 townhouse are sold this is the last one remaining and has got master bedroom on ground level. Here are pics of backyard and plan of property. I am offering below asking price and my offer may get accepted.

Just be aware that the garage is only a single garage but I think the design works quite well to the block and ensures plenty of light and ventilation.
