    Canada's central bank boss has shocked investors by signalling that an interest rate rise could be on the cards as soon as next month, a move in which Ottawa would bolt out of the blocks to raise rates before the economically-similar resource-rich, high-house-price Australia.

    Isn't this a good thing if they believe economies are improving? Maybe a good time to buy shares then?

    I got plenty of shares even load up debt to buy shares :) some of the business are cheap
    already up 20-30% on some of them
