    Tadstan drive property is located better plus there's only 2 houses on the lot, BC fees might be less? Overall superior to the broadmeadows road with 5 props on the block. IMO
    But what is it you're actually trying to figure out?

    Yeah Mickleham is a busy road. More expensive one also has a much nicer frontage and is one of two.
