    I'm a fan of the quarter acre block as well. There's nothing better than having the boys over for a BBQ and a few beers and escaping to the the back shed. Personally I couldn't stand living in an apartment.

    As for the whole affordability issue there's little doubt that it's getting more difficult as capital growth is outpacing wage growth.
