I see some pretty good deals in Algester specially with the townhouses. I wonder why people are not focusing on this area? Is this because a lot of new townhouses are being built in the surroundings or something else? Right now you can pick up a good deal in 300K, townhouse that rents for 395 p/w. I guess there should be some CG there in the next 5 years, no?
Not to be rude but here is another thread just a couple of days ago, no need to create a thread every couple of days for the same suburbs. Algester in Brisbane .. Anyone else think it will do well?
