Half the blokes here are probably doing more research on @natalie86 than they did on their last IP purchase.

No I didn't! Just a 10k reno (painted exterior and interior, plants and new bathroom). The photo was taken after the renovation when I put the property on the market.

She could do mentoring and people will sign up no questions asked.

That's what people currently do with mentoring though, even if it's an unattractive old bloke. Just because they want to outsource having to think for themselves.

Be careful what you wish for, what are you going to do when everyone listens and moves up there?

I know what you mean but I disagree, I think its only a handful of people who think they can get mentors to do all the work for them and not have to think.

I have sought quite a bit of mentorship over the years, some for free and others for a fee. I don't see myself as have 'outsourced my own thinking'. I think there is a fallacy in thinking out there that seeking mentorship is for the lazy, uncommitted, unintelligent etc. Many, many highly successful people in all fields have mentors. Property Chat is a form of free mentorship. People come here to learn, ask questions and be mentored by others. There is no difference. Just my opinion.

Yes, it's probably not fair painting everyone with the same brush, but to me it just seems that a lot of the time the people spending thousands of dollars on mentors and courses are exactly those that don't end up doing anything afterwards.

HI @spludgey . I agree with you on that mate. But is that the fault of the mentorship, or the individual's?
