VIC Advice from someone in Melbourne/Geelong who is not looking to buy in Melbourne

    Hey,
    So same as the Brisbane thread I created last week.
    Need some advice on a couple of areas from people who know Melbourne and Geelong well, are locals or have been and are not buying. Only reason I'm saying that is because I'm a bit hesitant to show properties to people who are still searching as they may snap them up..Anyone not buying anymore and know Melbourne and its surrounds well and are willing to private message back and forth a bit? More so looking at outer suburbs for under 300k. Seeing how helpful people were for Brissy, I'm hoping you may be able to help again regarding Melbourne :)

    I live in Melbourne West and know the area well. I am not buying in Melbourne at this stage. Plenty of interest from Sydney buyers for H& L packages. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
