    We are planning to buy land for our first home in griffin estate ( north Brisbane) . Can you please give your advice about the area or about future growth development in this area. thank you

    If this is a new house and land package, future capital growth will be minimal for maybe 10 years or more.
    Lots of land being developed in the area and the land is typically sold above market value to First Home Buyers.
