    Hotmail. I think you've done incredibly well with your 4 purchases, every single one of them. For the Logan and Beenleigh properties you can build a 2 bed auxiliary unit on each and charge 280-300 rent for a new good build... you will be in cash flow heaven
    Not many investors have the opportunity to build 2 bed 70m or 100m auxiliary units on their land and rent it out separately to a different household. You have 3 lots you can do that on.

    If you've hit a wall and can't buy anymore property at the moment, add value by building auxiliary units that can be rented out to separate households and reap the rewards of even more positive cash flow. You have lots of options, hotmail. You've taken massive action, you shouldn't be disappointed in yourself at all. You have always been moving forward in your investment journey all along.

    @OC1 and @sash I still don't get the joke

    @MTR - Marisa, it's an old joke. Sindhi's are people from Sindh Province in Pakistan. I'm not Sindhi though I do come from that state. Sash just likes to call us Sind1 and Sind2. I'm Sind1 :D
