    Without disrespecting those on here who are very wealthy from their own strategizing and hard work, I think there is some truth to your statement. The really big fish are not posting on forums. They have someone out buying properties for them.

    That is why I am grateful to those on here who do share their expertise in threads. There are some here who have built up big portfolios and are happy to share their knowledge with others.
