    Hi All,

    I have never been to Adelaide, but would like to buy an investment property there.
    Would be grateful for any recommendation for decent suburbs to buy with reasonable capital growth potential for 350,000 - 400,000?
    Also, please let me know any suburbs to stay away from.

    you wouldnt get much response - its too vague of a question and shows you havent done basic homework. start with domain and RE with your budget and see what you can afford. look at historic data and get some initial thoughts.

    Very few decent suburbs under 400 these days. Might get a renovator in paralowie/ Salisbury North
