    Still undervalued in my opinion. Job market expansion is a game changer that's on the way as more people will start migrating there for work opportunities, better lifestyle and affordability.

    What are a few blue chip desirable suburbs in Adelaide within $1m-$1.2 range? Are school catchment a thing in Adelaide yet?

    Depends on exact location of house.

    I am told some minor noise doesn't bother the locals given the airport is so central to adelaide cbd so they are used to it across many of the suburbs.

    Morphett Vale up 28.6% YOY. Southern suburbs have done well like the rest of Adelaide. Not sure how much longer this boom will continue though. Not expecting any price reductions just stagnation for a while. Market still seems hot atm though!

    is there still a lot of buying in the beachside areas? I can’t believe the affordability of being able to get water views for a property in the mid 6s,
    Adelaide still has a long price growth ahead over the next 10 years you would think
