    Hi all,
Just wondering if its possible to create a powder room in a space where there is no existing plumbing.
Singe storey home / concrete slab under hardwood floors.
Current space is (unnecessary) formal dining area adjacent to kitchen, with brick wall in between.

Trying to understand firstly if its even possible?
Would plumbers have to locate existing plumbing (from house plans) and rip up slab to connect and run plumbing to new space?
Secondly a ballpark idea of labour cost, assuming toilet and hand wash basin only?

    Thanks,
    Ross

If your willing to do all that, better to add a full bathroom.

Likely possible, but if the house is old, the whole of the plumbing may be due for replacement. Get three quotes from plumbers and go from there.
