    Thanks Monty, very motivating post!

    I am about 10 years behind you in that I hope to make my first leap into property in 2020. There is sound advice on this forum with respect to what/where to buy and tax info but it is still daunting.

    What has been some of the key lessons you've learned along your way, and if you could do it all again with the benefit of hindsight would there be anything that you'd do differently?
