A great prop in these 'for sale' photos.

That dog is so cute! You are right, all I could focus on in each picture was the dog.. :D:p

How timely. I had a property pop into my inbox and the dog was in every photo... different house though. I assumed it belonged to the owner, but clearly it belongs to the agent. I would think that with many people not wanting "doggie" smells or even not wanting to buy anything from a home with pets, it would be a negative for some prospective buyers.

I've seen this (doggie in the listing photo) put to good use by my niece to show that a dog is allowed in an apartment. To me, that was very smart (and he's a gorgeous little dog) to make the point very clear that pets are allowed.

But to have the dog in every photo just is a bit strange.

Meh. I like real dogs, not accessories.

I LOVE Tracey! I came across her listings a few months ago and couldn't help but call to let her know how much I loved her marketing. Adorable- and you'll never forget her will you!

For what it's worth, she's also from a fantastic RE/Max office.

I'm ended up looking at the dog in the photos and and not the house. Looks like something I'd do

Very cute dog but personally I'd never engage an agent like this.

Didn't notice the dog until 4 photos in. To be honest, I was trying to spot the dildo.

Our real estate agent suggested including our dog in the photos to demonstrate that the apartment complex was 'pet friendly'.

Our niece and her husband did that. One photo of the dog sitting near the doors to the balcony. But this is crazy overkill and I found myself looking for the dog. I have no idea what the house is like.

To be honest you can just mention that in the marketing and maybe include the dog in 1 photo. Having it in every photo detracts from the property itself and the dog becomes the star, not the property for sale.

Is this a bayonet with a globe? And if so, when did they become a feature?

Series 4 Episode 3 of the Block. They're the must have item in 1934.
