    Well if thats the case even more of the new pms fault.

    Conpletely incompetent.
    Doesnt do checks. And ignores warnings. You couldnt screw it up any more

    It is critical to undertake background checks and to document findings on a proforma as evidence that background checks have been undertaken. Ethical good practice offers a good client experience and screening tenants is a practice expectation
