QLD 450k difference, same suburb what gives?

    Hi,

    In the same suburb,

    What makes group A more valuable than group B by hundreds of thousands?

    Group A looks newer, but is it $450k newer? (e.g. 1. vs 4.)

    Can Group B be valued liked group A with a bit of work?

    Well, not a 'bit of work'. Knock down rebuild. Personally I would buy group B.
