    Hello Members,

    Any recommendations for buying an IP under 600k?
    I would be looking to get 5-6% gross yield and obviously a good capital growth.

    I have properties in VIC and QLD so avoiding those states.

    You can pickup something southern suburbs of Adelaide with that criteria. Hallett Cove probably a little bit more than 600k now for quality asset but neighbouring suburbs still possible.
