    Pakenham was my first IP, I sort of knew the area and it was really affordable. I was only 19 and didn't know nearly as much now. Honestly, I think I have just been lucky with that one.

    The Yarra Valley one we bought because this is where we live and I know the area very well! We did purchase this with the intent of it being our PPOR when we eventually move out, however this has now changed and we want something 'nicer' for ourselves. The market here is very hot and the capital growth has been incredible to watch over the past 12 months!
