    Hey guys

    Struggling to find this information on the old google machine.

    If you purchase a a duplex on one title can you rent both sides to seperate tenants? I recall reading previously that dual occupancy is only allowed if you live in one dwelling in SA or something along those lines?

    I could be completely off the mark here.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Of course you can. I own one like that myself.

    Different for granny flats though, these can't be rented separate
